The prices are in Euros and these are the total rental prices for the villa and the guest house, so it’s is not the price per person.
You can rent the villa and the guest house for a longer period of time; the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Prices are valid until 31-12-2023 and including:
Gas, water and electricity are included in the rental prices; normally this will amount to between 10-15 Euros per day, depending on the occupation of the villa and the guest house. This price will rise substantially if the air conditioning is left on unnecessarily. We therefore advise you not to turn on the air conditioning until about thirty minutes before going to bed. We reserve every right to deduct the costs of extreme electricity consumption from the security bond.
Reservations and payment(s)
Fill in the application form if you wish to make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation as soon as possible. Payment : 50% of the rental price has to be paid whitin 5 days, only then will the reservation be definite. The remaining 50% plus the security bond has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa.
Year round, scammers are active in the travel business, (they try to pay with stolen credit cards, uncovered or fake checks) so we don’t accept credit cards or checks. Payments only by money transfer by bank (internet banking) before arrival
For bookings made more than 1 year in advance of arrival at the villa. Payment: 25% of the rental price must be paid within 5 days of booking:only then will the reservation be definite; subsequently ,25% of the rental price must be paid 8 months before arrival at the villa. And the remaining 50% plus the security bond , has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa .Naturally, you will recieve a proof of payment afther every payment made.
Downpayment(s) are non-refundable so you need to take care of cancellation insurance yourself.
We don’t want to and we cannot go in a discussion with you if a cancellation is well founded, your insurer is in the independent party, that’s where you will have to claim.
The deposit will be refunded 14 days after leaving the villa and the guest house.
The villa and the guest house will be inspected by the personnel upon arrival and upon departure.
Costs for any damages or missing objects will be deducted from the deposit.
